Our Marion store is currently recruiting a Full time Store Manager who loves to sell and develop relationships in a full time capacity! Blue Illusion is emotionally connected to its customers and community. Our mission is based on helping others, our staff, valued customers and the broader community.  Every Blue Illusion store sponsors a World Vision child in need.

Your contribution to the business is measured and celebrated.  Our Store Managers conduct a weekly financial analysis of their business to highlight success and coach their teams around developmental areas like the Complete Wardrobing solution or weekly coaching log aligned to our “True Blue selling program. “ All our stores run regular events to achieve our fundraising goals combine this with quality product dropped into stores every fortnight and you don’t know where the time goes!
