ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Seeking a quality Settlements role where you will be recognised and rewarded? Make your mark in this successful Financial Organisation where progression opportunities abound. You will take charge of commercial client accounts and your days will include:
 
  • Ensuring accuracy throughout loan documentation
  • Preparing loans for settlement
  • Liaising with clients and brokers
  • Preparing documents on behalf of brokers
ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
Your strong communication skills and good decision making abilities will see you shine in this role. In addition you will bring:
 
  • 1+ year\'s experience within a settlements role
  • Experience within mortgage/leasing/equipment finance industry
  • Exposure to RTGS and CEMTEX systems is preferable
  • Deadline oriented
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A friendly and professional manner
